Domino's Pizza - Gosport

I ordered some food on the 21st of April and a guy names zac on the phone helped with my order I muddled things up proper and he help to rectify and went beyond to help me and really made my day! Couldn't fault anything at this branch!

Tonight, we ordered a medium and a large pizza, and they arrived quickly, delivered by a very polite gentleman. However, when we opened the pizzas, we found that the large pizza had the wrong toppings—it had mushrooms instead of chicken, which my partner cannot eat. We called the restaurant right away and spoke to a lovely girl who was very apologetic. She offered to send us a new pizza along with some delicious chocolate orange cookies as an apology for the mistake. The new pizza arrived promptly and had all the correct toppings, and the cookies were fantastic! Excellent service, thank you!

I've ordered from the Alverstoke shop several times, and I've always received high-quality food. The staff is really friendly and always smiles when they arrive to ensure the pizza is on its way. The delivery drivers also follow social distancing guidelines, which is great to see.

I have always loved this place! The service is outstanding and couldn't be better—everyone is very helpful, especially since I was looking for child-friendly pizza options. Absolutely amazing!
