If you love trekking, you will find many routes around this area. The food is traditionally German and some international dishes. The staff is friendly, children are welcome. In summer, reservations are recommended... Older people need to know that this location does not have a parking space that you need on foot there, about 400m from the parking space to the restaurant. Trekking shoes are recommended.
After a long walk from Goslar, this was an ideal place for a break a coffee or maybe a little more the menu looked good and whatever was served, really felt appetite worth a repeat visit! Views are great and seating areas inside and outside absolutely brilliant!!
We like to go there again and again because you can go nicely and the alm has as a target. in the service we have experienced everything from resinous ruggedness to very accommodating. we prefer to eat in the city (we find much better from the taste and price-performance ratio) and run to the coffee on the alm.
We were there five today, we had a table reserved. that was absolutely necessary. it was very well visited. the food was great. operation friendly. However, there is a change of supplement in the order of eating e.g. b. bratkartoffeln instead of pommes (both there are according map) requires a proud price of 3.50 euro. in the menu stands a price of only 2 euro. that's not without. but 3,50 euro doesn't go. You should think about it. the price is absolutely uncommon.
We were on our mountain bike tour again on the steinberg alm. we have rewarded ourselves with wildcurry sausage and imperial bullies for the efforts.
