Aubergine Inh. Mahmut Kartal - Goslar

Venue: restaurant aubergine, goslar in Germany, dinner. weinliste: not existing, only very few weine in glass – we have never experienced that before. then we asked if they were crying on bottles. the waiter got confused, got a few bottles, but we couldn't get the prices for them. at the view in the restaurant we discovered several other weeping on the bottle we were not offered. almost half of the courts were not available at the order. the meat in our appetizer vitello tonnato was ok, but the dish has completely left behind the taste of thunfish and the capern – the worst but was the soße in a not so attractive two-phase system of water and fat. the main course of calf liver was tender and well cooked, but the rest was only a chaos. the quality of the wine by glass was very bad – absolutely no character and taste. after that we didn't want to order further and ask for the bill. we presented our payment card, but now only accepted cash has been communicated to the restaurant – there was no sign anywhere in the restaurant this fact. the two glasses red wine we got were hand-made on the printed bill – hm!. we ended up on a total of € and paid € then we were asked if this fits. this is of course not the order that is important here: they do not ask for tips – period! so of course we asked for € back. what a creepy and rude behavior! we can not recommend this place at any time.

Good restaurant, very well made eating, as you expected. probably one of the best restaurants in goslar, as most of the others seem to have the quick money to hunt.

Made with love and nizza adorned idee by balance eating. the carpaccio with champinjons was fantastic. must be back here.

We arrived in goslar after a long day and wanted a good dinner for dinner. fortunate we settled with aubergine and were not disappointed! the food was delicious and very tasty and the serviers were very attentive. only minus is that they only accept bars that are not acceptable for a restaurant in a rather large German city with tons of tourist.

Nice restaurant, with a variety of Italian dishes. The food is good, tasty and well prepared. The service is non existence. No smile or welcome from staff. Arrogant approach and appniriance in general. Don’t spendet you holiday time in this Restaurant. They don’t take any...credit card at any type.
