Taco Bell - Goshen

The manager with a tattoo on his arm, was amazing when we went! excellent customer service, makes the dinge right and goes beyond and beyond. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a fast, qualitatiw high quality service.

Kinda miss the cheaper prices, but ate the regular tacos and $2 menu, the tacos had a perfect crack, cheese was good, but they were afraid to add a little more.

This restaurant is conveniently located near my workplace. I decided to give Blue Moon a try, but I encountered a staff member who seemed to dislike their job. He was not very friendly or respectful. I noticed that he also works at the drive-thru. (Note to self: Find a job that makes you happy.)

I want to extend my gratitude to the staff at Taco Bell located at 1819 Lincoln Way East in Goshen, Indiana. My car broke down, and I had to wait nearly 3 hours before my insurance sent assistance. The employees at Taco Bell showed me and my dog exceptional care and checked on us multiple times. Thank you all so much for your kindness.

The drive thru was broken so that they had opened the inner for the first time since Kovid began. When you are closed, you would assume that the inner is clean and it was for the greatest. the drink area was dirty. I stood on the counter about two minutes while the girl who worked on her handy was written off. she looked at me and went on. When she finally finished, I asked her if it was okay to order and she looked angry. I ordered and as soon as I said she just went back to her phone. I put my card in and finally had to say that nothing happens. she looked up and pushed a button that allowed the card reader to work and went back to her phone. I got my tassen and of course they were out of mt dew, so I asked if they would fill it out of the drive-dru machine, but that was also outside. I had three drinks to get back to the car, but had to ask a manager who went by to get me a drink carrier because the other girl was busy on her phone to notice something else. I have to eat with my house and the taco of my enkelin was crushed in pieces and my chicken cantina tacos were only half full. I had the one at taco bell in nappanee and what was a difference. nappanee was fast, friendly and eating was done right. I accuse the manager in the Goshen shop to be inattentive, what is going on in his presence and does not care about the customer experience. whoever works the day shift should replace the dinner type because I have never been so bad there.
