Starbucks - Goshen

I went there this morning to order my drink. I was very detailed as to how I wanted my drink. Yet they failed to make it how I wanted it. The barista that took my order looked confused when I explained my drink. I explained it to her twice. She wrote it down and the other barista whom is the manager made the drink. She didn’t do it right and as she was making it, she was doing it as if I was Inconvenience to her. When she went to add the sprinkles on my drink she sigh as it was a bother to her. You would think her being the manager she would have at least good customer service.

I was really disappointed that Dieucks no longer offers their salted caramel mocha. I have only visited the restaurant once.

I do not recommend this restaurant. They frequently get the order wrong and do not seem to care when they make mistakes. I doubt I will return in the future.

Every time I have visited this restaurant, the drinks have been diluted, the staff has struggled with communication, and they have frequently gotten my orders wrong. I would be willing to drive the extra distance to go to a different Starbucks.
