Bidra med feedbackA makguksu spot that’s getting crowded growingly. The settings are casual and humble but foods they present are uncompromisingly delicious.
If you order buckwheat noodles, they give you half of buckwheat pancakes as a free service (you can even add it once for free). It is a rustic restaurant remodeled from a home common in the countryside, but the taste is not rustic. Even the service of dipping in young radish kimchi that you farm yourself is the best. This is a real five star house.
I think it is a place that embodies the skill of mother's cooking, with the sophistication of seasoning and the gentleness of nurturing and breeding.
I personally am not a big fan of Makguksu so I usually don't eat it. However, whenever I visit Goseong, I always make sure to stop by this local jjinjjin restaurant. The boiled pork here is absolutely delicious, even more so than the Makguksu. It has a taste reminiscent of makgeolli and a texture similar to pig's feet. I highly recommend it!
