Really nice place. Good food, very tasty (although the grilled vegetables had too much oil). It's not expensive. Average meal for lunch I would say 500 rubles. They have an English menu and accept credit cards.

Perfect place for lunch in Rostov. Close to Kremlin, has bogatyr vibes and delicious Russian food. Waiters wear clothes that look like traditional ones. The place is very popular. I strongly recommend to reserve a table (it’s faster to make a call either to write to WhatsApp). This place is good for families as well. I tried a chicken cutlet with cheese inside and mashed potatoes. And took crepes with apples and ice-cream for dessert (that was something aka apple strudel). All were extremely good! I would like to come back.

I have now traveled in Russia for 3 weeks and by far this is the best value of any restaurant I've been in so far. Under 1000 rubles for two dinners, drinks, dessert, with very tasty and attractive food.

Best value eatery in town. Pretty cheap, wide range of traditional Russian dishes. Breakfast menu is also good. Cozy and small place, so make sure to reserve a table or just pop in to try your luck. You can try on the ancient armor and take a picture.
