Dibek Traditional Cook - Goreme

I visited Dibek because it was the only option on Happy Cow. Reservations are required for dinner. The restaurant has a charming interior and the service is excellent. The food was tasty, but honestly, for the price, it wasn't any better than what we could find elsewhere for half the price. They offer only 4 vegan dishes and maybe 6 vegetarian options, similar to other restaurants in Goreme. If you want a fancy atmosphere with homemade wine, Dibek is a good choice. However, if you're on a budget like we were, it's best to skip it and dine somewhere cheaper. Dibek is closed on Sundays.
