Arby's - GORDONSVILLE

Went on Sunday atb11an and lobby closed. Unacceptable

Ordered the much-lauded fish sandwich at 5:20pm today. Expected something good as I normally love Arby’s. It was obvious to me upon taking a bite that the fish had probably been fried more than a couple hours before and smelled and tasted positively dank. I have doubts that proper product rotation is being observed at this location. Won’t stop me from going to other Arby’s locations but clearly these guys are behind on some training.

Very friendly staff, clean store and good quality food. Great music playing overhead too!

I stopped here when passing through. I made a mistake and ordered my sandwich wrong. Ms Debbie was so polite and offered to make it right even though It was my fault. Top notch customer service and food!

I ordered the wrong thing and they fixed it free of charge. Lovely people there and always been good to my grandparents. Worth the visit.
