Wendy's - Goose Creek

My 3rd time not getting a receipt and for a Dave's double and cheese fries it cost me 16.39 just ridiculous and they forgot my regular fries. They've also forgotten 2 chillies a chicken sandwich and frosty on separate occasions.

Ordered the spicy ghost pepper ranch sandwich and when I opened it up was missing toppings and looks like a toddler put it together. on top of that the fries were undercooked.

I placed an order on the app. Some error came up and it appeared like it didn't go through. Placed another order and the same thing happened. Checked my account and I got charged twice. Went to get my orders thinking maybe they got my order. They had no record I made an order but I have records of my money getting stolen by wendys. I will never eat at wendys again. Managers don't help and tell you dispute it with the bank. The bank wants proof that you cannot provide bc there's no record of the orders. So now I'm just out $60 bc of the Wendy's app. Do not use the app ppl. You will get robbed.

They forgot my sour cream for my sour cream and chive potato last time. It's in the name. Otherwise good burgers.

This Wendy's hands down is the best!!! The staff is always friendly and professional. The food is always hot and fresh.
