Checkers - Goose Creek

Meant to write a review on last month. Order food and everything then noticed the person out the register is touching the food after taking money from the customer that's disgusting and isn't the first time it's happened

I ordered a mobile order from this location I get there and go through the regular drive-thru line the lady tells me when I pull up to the window what's your order with a snarky attitude I gave her my name she incorrectly announced my name I corrected her and she said whatever with a snarky attitude. Then tells me to pull forward cuz my food's not ready that they would bring it out to me. The person that brings it out to me gives me a hard time every time I come through there says he does not like my name. I don't care if you don't like my name. Then when I try to get the store information from them they give me more of an attitude nobody in the store can give me the store restaurant number. I love checkers it is one of my favorite restaurant but I will never repeat never go back to this location I'll be scarce to go to another location anytime soon. The customer service I receive from this restaurant is completely ridiculous. I pay to get my food and leave I don't come in and pay to get snarky attitudes about what I order or how my name is pronounced or if you like my name or not. By the time I'm done writing this my food's probably cold now thanks I appreciate that.

My receipt shows my order was picked up at 9:56… it was delivered to me at 10:53… food completely cold. bacteria has now began to grow on my foodafter all this time. I watched the car sit in one place on the map and not move. look as if they chose to not give me my food as soon as they got it

In the same but I wanted for a while and I chose the fry lovers burger. It was delicious but three fry seasoned chicken strips. The guy that took my order was very helpful and friendly, and the food was very quickly but also Tasted nice and fresh. I sat at the outside seating which was clean and organized. I enjoyed trying it for the first time and will probably eat there again.

The food was extremely salty. Almost like it was rolled in the salt. I ordered a chocolate milk shake, that was not with my order. It was just awful.
