I don't drink coffee but on occasion I enjoy a java chip. I had a coupon and decided to get myself one, and after waiting awhile seeing how they were pretty busy making others their coffee I patiently waited for my turn.Greeted with such a sad look on the young ladies face had me feeling bad for even buying a coffee.I asked for no whip cream, yeah I knew that was going to be forgotten. But again, why I'm glad to not be a coffee drinker.
We love our neighborhood Starbucks, we frequent this place often, using my gold card taking our laptops, and just enjoying the peace and coffee.
They really need to have 3 people earlier at this location. I have been here, especially on weekends around 10 or 11 where there are 8+ in line. I feel bad for the workers... that's insane
I have been coming here for 2 years and it is usually good. But my issue is with a particular employee; Dolores. She is very standoffish with me no matter what 's going on. I used to think it was just who she is and shrugged it off. But I see her being very nice and friendly to other regulars all the time. My last straw was on Friday morning. I have been getting the same drink for about 2-3 weeks (vanilla sweet cream cold brew with white mocha and lite ice and add foam in top as well). She has helped me several times but every time I order it she acts like she doesn 't know what I 'm talking about. So, I got it this past Thursday and it was so bitter and gross and I didn 't try it til I got home so I just let it go. Then, I got it this Friday morning and I tried it before I left and again it didn 't taste right. So, I politely said something to Dolores and she seemed to be irritated and said to me this is the coffee we used and points to the big jug of coffee and I told her it still doesn 't taste right. She then asks what do you want me to do about it then ? I just requested something different. It was the toasted vanilla oat milk drink which was good. Anyways, she then turns to her coworker and says I 'm gonna take a break, my nerves are shot now . Mind you, I 'm standing right there. So, I asked her what she wanted me to do with the drink that I didn 't want and she just says we 'll take care of it and walks away. I work in customer service and I would be fired if I treated someone the way she did me. Not to mention, she picks and chooses who she is nice to. Starbucks has always been a you don 't like it, we will fix it place but not this time. I have never had someone treat me like this at Starbucks. Anyways, I only gave it two stars because I called the store director; Jamie and explained to her what happened and she was so sweet and professional and apologized and made me feel like my concern was validated. So thank you Jamie!!!
