Jambalaya Shoppe - Gonzales

It was very good. No complaints, whatever. Never had jambalaya and it was delicious. If I lived closer, I would visit it all the time, but I live too far. I just tried while I left. I can only say it was bomb.

I can't wait to visit the Jambalaya Shoppe in Gonzales again. The food was amazing, and when I called with specific requests, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Since I can’t dine in, I opted for delivery, and my delivery driver was excellent as well!

We were definitely not let down by our experience. The white beans were among the best I've ever tasted, and the jambalaya was excellent as well. I was caught off guard by their special ragcake that day, as the order came with three, but they were only the size of silver dollars! Given the price, we expected them to be larger, more in line with the typical size of Louisiana meat cakes. If we had known, we probably wouldn't have chosen that dish.

Jambalaya Shop is consistently excellent. You can't make a bad choice here. Their daily lunch specials are also quite tasty.
