Bonefish Grill St. Simons Island

Best place in Golden Isles for crabcakes! They are boiled wood stove without filler! The texture of swordfish was less than solid, possibly because it was previously frozen. Pumpkin ravioli a pleasant departure from ordinary pages. Bread is always served hot with a large pesto. Pumpkin cream Brûlée lacked the sweetness expected in a fresh brûlée. Doughnuts were hot, but very doughy and dense. Excellent and very attentive service.

Good, reliable food and service. 9 times from 10 it's great. We went last weekend and unfortunately it was one of those 1 out of 10 times. In no case terrible, but I didn't think it was their usual quality. My favorite article by far is the ahi sashimi tuna, but this time it was boiled over. Pretty pink. Wasn't delicious at all. Fried oyster special was cut (small type of mushy; not crispy). And all parts were smaller. Just small to-go boxes so we had to run a bunch of them. We enjoyed ourselves (big party), but I was disappointed. I'm going back.

Good food, good service and good part for the price.... All complaints that there is a chain at a resort location with other options are far away... This is as good as any place on the island....

Depends. We always go with the one that follows after a day on the beach from our neighborhood. Great drinks, delicious seafood and a great atmosphere. We always take our guests here and they are always surprised to learn that Bonefish is part of a chain, even more surprised to find out that the chain is owned by Outback Steakhouse. People are freaking out about the Bang Bang Shrimp!
