White meat chicken was really dry(maybe from sitting? Mac& cheese no flavor Guacamole nasty pre made stuff Salad was served warm due to being packaged in the same bag as the hot food(was it worth $50 NO)
Twice in the whole time Ive been using a food delivery service, Ive come up with No drink. Guess what...Both times it was El Pollo Loco. Thats Not a good thing. You do have great service, the food is delivered hot and promptly. BUT...Get better on the details please and thank you. I still love you though. Dont make me quit you, LOL.

Quesiadlla falling apart. Its all cold to the touch. I've never had a bad el Pollo Loco till now.
