Singh's Curry Palace - Gold Coast

We have been to this restaurant several times in the past six months. The food is delicious, and my favorite is the Malaysian Indian fusion cuisine.

This restaurant has been a local favorite of mine for some time. However, during my last visit, I was disappointed with the food. The butter chicken was too sweet and the chicken tikka masala had hardly any chicken in it (very small pieces) but was filled with green capsicum pieces, which I have never seen in a chicken tikka masala dish before. I am willing to give this place another chance before I completely write it off.

This newly opened restaurant is a hidden gem. Located off the beaten path in Southport, you may have trouble finding it unless you know where to look! Despite only being open for three weeks, I have already dined there twice and plan to become a regular. The food is fantastic, with delicious and authentic flavors. I highly recommend this place, especially coming from a British person. If you're craving curry, this is the place to go - you won't be disappointed.
