Bidra med feedbackThe restaurant is overpriced for what it offers. I decided to walk away and will not be returning. This was my second disappointment.
After waiting for over 30 minutes for two coffees and two muffins I asked waiter about the order. She returned stating they messed up our order and that it would be another 10-15 minutes. We elected to leave. When exiting the cafe I saw the owner/manager and I went to speak to him. Before I could say a word he said ‘I don’t want to hear it’. He kept repeating the same line and then said “people should realise that we are busy”. I don’t think 45 minutes for two cups of coffee is acceptable. After the absolute rudeness of the manager and his unwillingness to accept they stuffed up we will not return and we will let our friends know.
I used to visit this restaurant during holidays and truly enjoyed it. However, I am not sure if it has changed ownership, but I believe the new owner, Mario (based on what I overheard his staff saying) is very disrespectful towards his staff and towards us. The food quality has also declined significantly. I do not recommend going there.
Was a returning customer and remembered a very positive experience last time (about 2 years ago). I was extremely disappointed with the customer service this time. Was not greeted at the door. I waited for 2 minutes and then just decided to take a seat. Staff took too long to take the order. Man behind the till was extremely rude. He did not give any eye contact and made a fuss when I politely asked to split the bill. He didn’t ask and just assumed we were all paying together. Will not be returning. The only reason I gave the review a 2 star instead of 1 is because the juice and breakfast were decent.
My husband and I originally came here for coffee, but ended up staying for lunch. He ordered the salmon, which was delicious and cooked perfectly. I opted for the Thai beef salad, and it was flavorful. While it is a bit expensive, the high quality of the food makes it worth it.
