The coffee was good, but the toastie had too much butter on the outside, which made it quite greasy and less appealing than it looked in the display. It would be nice if they served the toastie on a plate rather than in a takeaway box, as the presentation could use some improvement. They had to wash my coffee cup, so they could easily wash a small side plate too. The prices are on the higher side, so I think it would be reasonable to include a napkin with the toastie. The experience felt like a mix between dining in and takeaway, and even though I ate in, the staff still asked for my vaccination status. I have a few suggestions for improvement. But overall, I plan to return!

I absolutely love this place! The service is fantastic—always friendly and professional. The coffee and fresh food are delicious! The staff at the counter even speak several languages, which is very impressive.
