Mcdonald's Merrimac - gold-coast

Great place and lovely staffs but: I found staff smelling customer 's food before handing it over to them disrespectful. If mgt can provide at least 1 sanitiser dispenser for customer use, that will be so good! Service: Take out Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I quite literally just ordered and had to leave as soon as possible, got parked for fries, understandable, but I order 3 burgers and only received 2, and with my order I removed the pickles, it’ wasn’t crazy busy so really nothing to be in issue but Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I must say, this is the best McDonald's I have ever visited. It's unfortunate that I am only here on vacation, as I will not be able to enjoy it again. The McDonald's near my home in New South Wales is terrible in comparison. The burgers here are prepared correctly and the chocolate shake was cold, rich, and full of chocolate flavor (unlike some places where it can be very weak). I appreciate the friendly service and delicious food. I ordered takeout for lunch.

Whenever we are in the area, we always choose to dine at McDonald's. The food is consistently well-prepared, hot, and fresh. It could not be any better. Thank you.

Uninviting environment. All you see is a large counter with one or two people working out the back. You are expected to order by using touch screens. If you are not a regular, it is confusing and not very intuitive. Food quality is very poor, especially for the prices they are asking. Are they all this bad?
