Cafe Herzstueck - Görlitz

The food was very good. I tried to go home to lemonade and the specialty of the day. We also had cakes and coffee and they offer us some cupcakes for free. We don't speak German, but it wasn't a problem. The place is really beautiful....

Above all, we stopped getting some soup for our child. The staff was super friendly and about, they have a real good coffee brand. And they make great pictures on the milk foam! Thank you.

We were looking for a cafe serving light lunches on a sweltering Sunday in Görlitz and found this little gem on a side street south of the Untermarkt. Chilled cucumber and lemon soup followed by delicious vegan cake hit the spot nicely. Delightful service too....The cakes looked so tempting we couldn't make up our minds so the waitress offered to serve us two half slices. Perfect!

This is a must go for vegans and anyone who likes great food served with care and in a cozy ambiance. We are a vegan family of four and the staff was amazing, explaining us the delicious options and accommodating our kids’ wishes. Then the...actual main dishes, desserts and drinks were absolutely yummy, everything had a charming twist and tasted great. Finally, the last positive surprise: the price. This was not only a great local vegan option, but a great vegan option for international standards. By all means, go!

What a great find. Lovely setting, nice staff, good service. Fabulous range of food and really, really tasty. Do a great breakfast menu, lovely lunch dishes, great cakes and ice cream. It's all vegetarian and mostly vegan. Check the opening hours as they're not open...especially early in the week.
