If the customer service could sell you while stopping, do it. Great lady, very direct, very funny, very personal. The food is great, not excessively sweet, not oily, full of taste. Come here and get some.

Support your local businesses! All food in China Wok is made FRESH when you order it. They have all known Chinese staples as well as a growing selection of Vietnamese options. You can trust the owner, Kelly, if she makes a recommendation because you know that it is something she enjoys herself. She also makes the Vietnamese Spring Rolls herself. You can't find them anywhere else in Alton/Godfrey and they are so light and tasty. The restaurant is very neat and Kelly is such a fun and nurturing person who radiates through in China wok.

I lived in the area for 8 years and tried this place simply, and honestly, I think I'm coming here from now on! 1) They are super friendly. 2) The food was great! The vegetables were not cooked over, the sauces were delicious, the meat was perfectly cooked. Everything seemed so fresh compared to other takes in the area. (I propose the beef of Ming). 3) Bonus points for Vietnamese food! Your spring rolls were great, and I can't wait to try the Pho. The only thing I will change next time is to ask them to spicer my spicy foods (not afraid to let my nose run)! If you are a newcomer, call and order your food, and if you go to pick up, call when you are in the parking lot and they will bring it to you (wear a mask thank you)! Can't wait to try more!
