West Sushi - Goderich

I would not recommend purchasing sushi from this restaurant. The fish is tough and not fresh, while the rice is dry and stale. The ratio of fish to mayonnaise is also unbalanced, with too much mayonnaise. Additionally, the sushi is served with Chinese soy sauce, which is saltier and not the best match for sushi. On top of that, the price is quite high at $13.95 before tax.

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant in town. The sashimi was good, the seaweed salad was delicious, and the spider roll was outstanding! I left very satisfied.

I was visiting the town and had a strong craving for sushi, so I decided to try out West Sushi. I was really looking forward to enjoying sushi again after not having it for a while, and I was not disappointed. The restaurant is managed by a delightful couple who are doing an excellent job. I tried a couple of different rolls and a vegetable udon, and as a vegetarian, I was pleased to see that they not only offered vegetarian options but also had their own delicious vegetarian creations. I would highly recommend West Sushi to anyone who is in the area or lives nearby.

My family and I eat every summer in this restaurant and we look forward to it every time! the fried dishes are always crispy and the sushi is fresh and tasty. jane is very friendly and friendly to our family and we are happy to see her too. you will probably love this place just as we do!
