Benmiller Inn - Goderich

Truly an amazing place. My mom and I always enjoy coming to Benmiller and having meals at the Ivey. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner are all amazing. Staff are so friendly and service is top notch. We look forward to our next weekend visit.

I went out to celebrate a family birthday (grandmother's 90th!) and everything was outstanding. The food had a variety of options and was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere at Benmiller Inn was lovely.

The service was excellent and everyone was very helpful. Had dinner and was completely blown away.

My experience trying to make dinner reservations at this restaurant was disappointing. I called on a Wednesday night to book a table for a future night, but was told by the front desk staff that they were full. Despite explaining that we were locals and not staying at the hotel, we were simply told they were full and then hung up on. The receptionist seemed unaware of which night we wanted to come in or what time we were requesting. It was not communicated to us that outside guests were not welcome, even though we are fully vaccinated. I would recommend hiring staff with more tact and training, as well as providing explanations when turning guests away. Overall, it was a very poor service experience. (Visited in October 2021)

The restaurant offers stunning views of the Maitland River. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and the breakfast is delightful.
