Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Glynn County

I'm specifically making this review to praise the staff working on the evening of Sunday July 7th. They were understaffed and slammed. The place was insanely busy and they were clearly overwhelmed. Everything was taking forever and customers were not always being understanding but the staff remained kind, friendly, and patient with everyone. They kept smiles on their faces and tried their best. I used it as a teaching example for my teen daughter. When a business is understaffed and overwhelmed there is nothing they can do to move any faster and being rude to them is not going to help anything. This, now, is more of a time to be extra kind than ever. We each had a peanut butter Blizzard. They were fine. Fast food isn't really my thing. We were celebrating and stopped for some ice cream. I don't have high expectations when I step into a fast food restaurant but these employees really went above and beyond in customer service.

My daughter and son in law and I decided to visit Dairy Queen today in Brunswick, Ga. I was craving a cheeseburger and a strawberry sundae. When we pulled into the parking lot, 5 employees were outside gathered around 2 bicycles that were turned upside down and they all appeared to be taking smoke breaks. My family and I went inside and stood at the register ready to order for ten minutes. The employees that we saw working the drive thru nor anyone else back there asked us if they could help us or anything. Eventually a male employee came inside and stood behind the register but before he asked if he could take our order we had to wait for him to type and send a text message. Finally he took our order and our food was good. The service on the other hand....not so much. Very disappointed in your staff. You really should do better. Probably won't go back there again.

Where do I began food. Was last an wrong. ! Cold when they got it to us. Don't waste ur time stopping here . Just keep dring down the road!!!!! It so bad ,if u could get a way no stars I wouldn't leave any !

One of the worst DQs I've been to. Staff are friendly enough, but the blizzards come out as just melted slop every time. Service is also extremely slow for basic ice cream. Gone multiple times to give a fair chance, but the food is mediocre every time.
