Wing Wah - Gloucester

I placed an order on JUST EAT and have lodged a complaint through them, but they are refusing to take any action! The chicken balls had overcooked and hard batter, with raw chicken inside which made my son gag. The Chinese pork was extremely tough and impossible to chew. The rice was hard and lumpy. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach the restaurant by phone. I am extremely disappointed that I paid £28 for such a bad meal. We rarely order takeout, and this was supposed to be a special treat.

The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. It took 1.5 hours for our food to arrive, and when we contacted the restaurant about the delay, they didn't seem to care. They offered us a bottle of coke as compensation, which was not sufficient considering the amount of money we spent and the unsatisfactory service and meal we received. We will definitely not be dining here again. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

I ordered chicken satay, but it did not come with the meal. After calling and asking for it to be delivered, they refused. I also ordered salt and pepper chips, but I received plain chips without any salt and pepper seasoning.

Hadn't been here for a while but SO glad I did cycle to pick up a house special fried rice. Food didn't take long to cook when I got home, I was happy that I went as my food was delicious, fragrant cooked to my perfection. One knows when it's right Wing Wah Chinese restaurant is the right choice for Chinese food!

Lovely food, as in years and years. Error on order tonight, not pork fried rice. Never before made an error. Great food as always
