Mcdonald's Restaurants - Gloucester

This McDonald's is the worst I have ever been to. The staff is rude and I received the wrong order a few weeks ago. I decided to give them another chance, but once again I received the wrong order. How difficult is it for the incompetent staff to put a burger and fries in a bag?

Often use the drive thru with my elderly mum who loves a Mac D. Late mornings we usually get served by a lovely lady who is always helpful, efficient and multi tasking, I don't know how she does it. Rare to find someone who has time to exchange a few cheery words during a busy job but it makes all the difference. Never fails to offer great service. This one member of staff makes us select this branch over others. I hope she gets recognised for her hard work because working in Mac D's is a tough job, I know because I worked in one of their first UK branches back in the day!

I was extremely let down by the slow service at this restaurant. I ultimately had to leave without receiving my order after a 30-minute wait, during which the staff seemed preoccupied with chatting and the food was left sitting out with no one attending to it. I paid for my order but left empty-handed on October 31st.

Ordered a simple breakfast muffin and hot drink waited over 5 minutes with no orders in front of me then got given the wrong food. Customers waiting at the till with no staff to serve. One of the worst McDonald restaurant I have ever been into

All I can really say is 40 mins wait for 2 ice cream and a donut to finish our meal. Ordered by app to table. No apology. Awful service with cheap youth workers. Will not rush back even if our local restaurant.
