Subway - Gloucester

There's this one chubby short indian lady who is extremely rude! Terrible customer service ! Terrible subs! Avoid ! She worked the morning shift at around 7am!

This is the worst Subway service I ever had. I went to the store at approximately 12:30 AM today and the service was so bad. They also asked me to pay extra for some sauces, some veggies, and even Mozeralla cheese for 4$!!!!! The staff attitude was so terrible and disrespectful, and they didn’t explain or show me the policy that says that. Do not recommend at all… Unfortunately, this is my first low review to a business ever and hope my last.

I don't think the AC was on and felt rushed to finish and get out because of how uncomfortably hot it was and one of the staff was absolutely miserable. The young man with the long hair though is extremely pleasant, welcoming, professional and friendly. Made who look even more obvious ;

Terrible customer service they only care about taking your money. They’re so cheap with the food they put little pieces they never give what you pay for. Don’t recommend going.
