Seaport Grille - Gloucester

I made a reservation a few days prior and drove an hour to the restaurant. When we arrived the restaurant had a sign on door stating they would be closed for renovations until the 18th. Our reservation was confirmed and also day off a text was send reminding us to be there at 4:30. This is unacceptable

Fantastic service, delicious food and a romantic ambiance. Who could ask for anything more!

We had an Open Table reservation. Drove 20 minutes to find the restaurant totally closed. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

The food was outstanding. There were four of us, and each ordered a different meal, beverage and dessert. Every single item was superb. In addition, we all found the prices pretty reasonable given food quality and serving size.

Lobster roll had little flavor. It is apparent that the lobster meat was frozen. Very few chunks of meat and the major portion was “ground” meat , almost like a paste
