Didn't care for their pizza, would never get again. Place seems nice enough but horrible and expensive

Place always struck me as kinda dirty and I’d never choose it but my tasteless toddler likes it and it’s closest to home. Sure enough, last slice I had I bit into a nice lil black hair baked right in. My kid is just going to have to develop some taste cause that’s that.

Was there this summer had Steak and Cheese. Went back today for Steak Bomb Awesome Hot Cheesy Loaded a definite stop when in Gloucester. 10 out 0f 10 Friendly Great Service .Thank You ?

I am a pizza fanatic. I am from Jersey and my family is from New York so good pizza is a MUST in my family. I hadnt found my good pizza spot in massachusetts yet but I now proudly can say that even though it is an hour from my house, I would GLADLY do the drive every single time to go grab some pizza from here. I ordered just a normal pepperoni pie for my family and a broccoli and cheese calzone and it was OUT OF THIS WORLD. I wont lie, the soda selection was very limited and the place could definitely do some renovating but the food is absolutely spectacular!!! 100/10 recommend! Kid-friendliness: super kid friendly!! Wheelchair accessibility: very accessible all flat

Customer service is terrible!! Latin girl on her phone. No cheese slices. Didn't offer to make them to accommodate the customer. I asked the pizza maker. He looked at me and didn't respond. It's Thursday, 7pm. It closes at 10.They should have this item available or at least offer to make it when I called it in. No. Pepperoni or sausage. Basically take it or leave it! This is the most ignorant uncaring customer service I have experienced in my 65 years. Won't go here again and will spread the word as they deserve it.
