Mcdonald's - Gloucester

I am a local and I have given this location a chance more than once, twice and three times and even more to be disappointed by service and turnaround time. My daughter fell asleep this last time after I ordered while waiting in line for the drive thru. Go somewhere else this place TAKES FOREVER!!

On Friday, 28th January, I went to this McDonald’s. I had a great job, so I was asked to go forward and wait. The evening manager brought our food out. She gave us fresh, hot pommes. I know this seems small, but I think everyone can respect a hood, fresh, hot, tasty fresh pumice. She apologized for so long. But I understand how most of you should find that good employment is hard to find. Not everyone wants to work. So she apologized, and I told her it's okay. I expressed my gratitude for the small gesture of fresh, hot pumice. I appreciate what the manager did for me. I will continue to visit that McDonald’s (not too much as I need to worry about my girly figure) at any time I long some hot pommes.

There are two double cheeseburger balls that come with frits and 2 drinks. McDonald might be bad for you, but I love it. I assume that my choice of eating there or not, and I choose to eat food that I enjoy. The staff worked hard to deliver fast and accurate meals, and I guess they feed me what I ordered. Personal responsibility and good bad food.

Black female manager was great! Dinner was busy when I went to the rest room, the drive-thru was wrapped around the building, and all the berths were full. She went with my Curbside order with a huge smile, the food was hot, and frits were crispy. Thank you so much for the fact that the people on the back crank out the food so quickly:

Recently moved to Hayes and have stopped here for both breakfast lunch times, even used their app w/curbside pick up. It is by far the best McDonald's in the area! The staff have always been super nice and always have had a smile and a kind word REALLY! As busy as this place is they've always been pretty darn fast. I was pretty much sworn off of fast food; generally speaking most my experience with the chain has been dismal at best (on the other side of the Coleman Bridge); this McDonald's restored my confidence in going back...which I will, be back that is at least to this location!
