Burger King - Gloucester

I came in place on 6/18/22,,I bought 3 Whoppers,fries and a Cheeseburger ..The manager who was on the drive thru window was very nice and was a pleasure to have treated, the food I ordered was all hot, fresh and I could not happier with my families food, the Whoppers all have beautiful fresh salad, onion, tomatoes taste and see how good

Reggie was very polite this morning and gave me a free apple cake. It is the perfect example for customer service. He'll be the manager of something one day.

Went through the drive through order 2 shoppers waited for 15 minutes to get my food

Restaurant is severely understaffed but kudos to the employees for putting a sign out to let the customers know the situation and still working hard to make sure we can enjoy our Whoppers!

Tonight the crew and the management were on duty, they were fast, professional and very friendly to welcome me when I came in and told me to have a good night when I left. My food is also hot and delicious. I appreciate kindness, especially if it's very busy. It was a great overall experience.
