Last Run Tavern Grill - Glenwood

We waited a long time for our food (an hour). It appeared that the kitchen was prioritizing takeout orders. The pretzels were served cold. The staff seemed disorganized, with waitresses also acting as bartenders and vice versa. My wrap contained only about 6 small pieces, mostly filled with veggies. Something has definitely changed as their food used to be excellent. I used to enjoy their hot pretzels. It will be a while before I return. ⭐️

I had the pleasure of trying this restaurant for the first time during my visit to the area, and it was a pleasant surprise! As someone who has dined in countless restaurants due to work-related travels, I can confidently say that this tavern was a quiet and enjoyable spot for lunch. Although the outside seating looked inviting, the weather was a bit chilly for us to dine there. There were four of us dining today, and we ordered mussels, soft pretzels, spinach dip, a chicken wrap, drinks, and a large pizza. The flavor of the food was outstanding, indicating that the cooking staff is quite passionate about their work or that the owner is a skilled chef. The pizza was generously sized for a large, and the mussels were absolutely delicious, with a plentiful amount of broth in the bowl. Everything we ordered was perfect and served in generous portions. Our server, Lily, was attentive with drink refills and provided all the necessary meal accents. Despite enjoying two alcoholic drinks, our bill came in at under $95, a great value compared to other options. We even had leftovers to take home, and the restaurant kindly provided containers for us to take the mussel broth home to use on pasta. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was very friendly. My daughter is looking to purchase a house in Colden, so we plan on becoming regulars at this restaurant. Bravo to the staff for a truly exceptional dining experience – in my opinion, they deserve 6 stars!

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The food was amazing and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning soon. The fast service was also a nice touch. The portions were generous especially in these times.

Going on the 10th time I've had the pleasure to eat at this fine establishment. They have yet to disappoint. The staff is great and the food is even better. If you're into fish, this is the place to eat

Good food and good service! I had only one appetizer who was very good! My friend had a taco. I'll be back!
