Co. Ranch House - Glenwood Springs

My partner and I had a fabulous dinner here, we highly recommend!: we enjoyed the elk burger and bison steak and both were cooked to perfection! Our server Gal was great! She was so attentive, funny, and made our experience here truly memorable! Much love Gal!

Delicious food, wish there was just a tad more on the side.

Stopped here on a road trip traveling back to PHX. We have some of the best restaurants in the world in PHX so I'm a bit picky! This place is AWESOME! Matt's service was stellar! The food was delicious! We started with the House Smoked Trout which was so good my husband ordered the Ruby Red Trout as his main entrée. I tasted his mashed potatoes and they were the best I've ever had! Hats off to the chef! I was in a burger mood so, on recommendation, I ordered the CRH burger and it was to die for! So good! The Pinot Gris and Amber beer were an added bonus of greatness! Great place! Definitely will return the next time we are passing through Glenwood Springs! Give Matt and Chef a raise!
