Dunkin' Donuts - Glenview

I have been going past this Dunkin Donuts for 2 years on my way to work and never stopped in because they don't have a drive through.. This morning I decided to stop and go in. The woman at the counter who took my order was fantastic. She wasfriendly and fast and seemed to really care about what she was doing. The rest of the staff was terrible. I waited a while formy order and when it came up, the coffee was missing. I said it was supposed to have coffee and the person who gave it to meseemed bothered by that and responded with I don't know. The pickup area is tiny and everyone is standing around waiting fortheir orders. When my coffee became available, I left. When I opened the bag at work, I realized that the bagel I requested betoasted, was not toasted. I gave this rating a 3 only because of the person who was taking the orders otherwise, I wouldhave given this location 0 stars. I will not return

I?ve been too they skimp on everything they?re super rude when you decide to change your order and it hasn?t even been posted yet drive-through older lady was picking her boogers and stopped as soon as I got to the window I feel so disgustedI left without my order I will not be returning it and I will be submitting a complaint to corporate

Fast service. Delicious glazed donuts. Croissant, egg, sausage sandwich is good. Hash browns are tasty. Fresh products. Excellent coffee.
