Sweet Beet - Glens Falls

During my visit, I had the vegan beet burger, and I must say, it was incredibly tasty! The sweet flavor of the beets combined with the savory grilled elements created a delightful balance. My wife opted for the tofu curry, which she found to be light and not overly rich in coconut milk. We also enjoyed the cheese pairings featuring local cheeses, with the chevre being our favorite.
