The Freeze - Glennallen

Stopped here during a scenic drive through the mountains. Ordered the beef and cheddar, mush/Swiss burger and fries. The food was really good!!! I’d definitely suggest the beef and cheddar! Burger came with all the toppings and was very flavorful! The fries were crispy and hot. Needed a bit of salt but maybe that’s just me!

One of those “hole in the wall” places you might not think to try, but do. Great burgers, hot dogs, shakes and floats. My son said it was, “The best bacon cheese burger I’ve ever had, compared to other all other bacon cheese burgers.” Friendly counter staff too! Thank you!

Very welcoming as we walked into the door. We were greeted with a large smile and a warm welcome by the woman behind the counter. The establishment was clean and even though it was packed a smile never left her mouth. She appeared to be the only one upfront working but handled it with grace. Food took sometime to get to the table but it was busy and with the positive atmosphere the wait wasn't bad. My bacon cheese burger and fires were delicious and priced well. I definitely will return.

The food is amazing! I just wish that they had some type of winter hours for the locals, as this is the only place to grab a quick lunch in town. I know many people would continue eating here throughout the winter, even at reduced hours.

This is the only true fast food place in Glennallen. Hamburgers are very good. Ice cream treats include malts, shakes, sundaes, cones and my favorite their freezes, which is their version of a blizzard. This place is busy for a reason.
