The Bay House At Salishan

Good food, excellent service. Quite the list of wines. Can?t say we'll hurry to come back, but enjoyed our time!

Bay House is delicious.. The portion size for each course is a good size. Either leave you stuffed or take goodies home. presentations of food are so beautiful; They almost do not want to eat, but if you do, it has perfect texture and aromas. The staff is wonderful. They welcome you like family and are as accommodating. Everyone wants you to have the best experience. The view is beautiful. I highly recommend it.

The food was phenomenal. I was very happy with everything. The waiting staff was friendly and helpful and helped my wife and I celebrated our wedding day. I had shells that were well seasoned, a fresh salad and some pork chops and carrot cakes to dessert. The portion sizes were surprisingly large. I didn't finish the pork chops or the carrot cake.

I haven't been to Salishan for a few years, but it was a real pleasure to visit New Year's Dinner! We had a fantastic six-course set menu at the newly renovated Bay House. Our hosts were regularly at Steve Kevin's old water location, but that was the first visit to the new site. From the inventive Amuse Bouche (the tea! to the whimsical and slightly decadent dessert, each individual element was a hit. While the group was split into the scallops (I loved them), we all ran over the Zaire. The Muscovy duck was the best I had. Steve's team's service was just right, very attentive, but not intrusive. And as always, Steve is a warm, authentic and dedicated host. We will definitely come back!

First and foremost you won?t find a more robust wine list then this, best in the state... You?ve got expect the best when it comes to the Bay House. We dined the last night before renovations. Steve is exceptional and I?ve never seen more attention to detail. He makes sure to greet you, accompany you to your table and make sure everything is set perfect! Kudos...
