I purchase 6 drinks on a regular basis. And that is just for myself! The cashier had attitude. Tried to offer rolls of quarters and dimes as my change. Then she wanted to get my drink back. I had to ask for the manager who shared the same sentiment of giving quarters and dimes as change. Are they @ing serious????? I spend a great deal of money at Starbucks and this is the customer service they give???? Then the female manager finally comps my single drink. What about the rest of my order????? What a joke!!!! This store has the worst customer service! Franklin was a way better manager of this Starbucks! These girls need to be happier with their positions and flexible!! Called corporate office and the gentlemen was very helpful. Totally opposite from the service I received. If you are upset, don't let it ruin your vibe with Starbucks, call the corporate office. He was understanding and changed my attitude towards Starbucks with this experience.
Starbucks is great!! Love trying all their new drinks when they come out.

This is probably my favorite Starbuck's in the area (and believe me, I've been to all of them). The staff here is always SUPER friendly, and they seem to be rarely out of ingredients. They're pretty efficient, especially considering how busy they get. There's almost always seating inside or outside, and the way that they implemented the drive-thru is very convenient and not at all difficult to get through. Overall, I'd recommend coming to this Starbucks.
First time I have ever walked into a Starbucks where it was Not busy, and not a single employee acknowledged us. When we got to the register, Lauren, didn 't look up or make eye contact, she was just staring down to a small device, robotic like she asked, are you ready to order? I placed our order for 3 drinks and she just said scan your app to pay. Walked away and just started to make our drinks. There was another employee working the drive thru window and a third employee cleaning the restrooms. The store vibe was not good. One of our drinks was made incorrectly, I watched her pour milk but we asked for soy. She apologized and just made a new one. It was just not a good experience. I won 't be back to this location. I 'll stick with mom n pop coffee shops.
