Mcdonald's - Glendora

I just came from Mc Donald?s on Arrow in Glendora. They miss up my order I ordered 2 drinks, small fries, one fillet fish and 2 hamburgers they forgot my hamburgers they didn?t put it on my Order the 1st. Time so I had to go back in the long line becausetheir lobby was close early they usually close at 11 or 10 sometimes I see them close the door after 9. Then when I got home oneof my drinks was dr. pepper I order a diet Coke.

This is the second time they have messed up my order within a month. Drove home to find out im missing half my order. They should really make sure they have everything in the bag before they say that's it. I guess I gotta double check before drivingaway from now on. Fast service doesn't always mean great service.

They are rubbish, they can't give you a glass of water when you are consuming in the store. stupid

Had an issue with my mobile order and the manager was really rude about it, instead of just being nice. It wasn’t my fault there was an issue with your mobile ordering system. The morning manager should work on her customer service

I frequent for take out, Online and To Go, everyday. Either my husband, my son, or myself. We love McDonald's.
