Italian And Mexican Food Tulias

Placed an order online even got a receipt sent to my email. About 20-25 min later I show up to the place to pick up my order and the girl at the front tells me where did you order it I had told her online on their website she told me it 's a new owner I told her I am aware of that but that doesn 't change the fact that I ordered online. She then tells me I 'm new here sorry My last words were okay well if you didn 't get my order then I 'll just leave. I 'm thinking to myself well at least I was going to pay cash up front and didn 't put my card info online because then maybe I wouldn 't have been able to get my money back. Point is that the girl up front had no clue you could order online or maybe online orders don 't actually go trough but the owner should be more aware so that this doesn 't happen again. Food here is usually good but very disappointed with this incident

So this place is insane not up to code.... let me just say I have a neighbor that lives near by there house and seen them cutting onions and limes in there front yard and washing there grills on the yard... The food is not at all good. The lasagna has to much basil and the tacos are not good. I'm not sure if I'm afraid of getting sick from the un Clean way they do business or how unflavored there food is. I ordered the lunch special chicken sandwich and it was the most tasteless sandwich I ever had. Save yourself the trip and get a real Italian place

Called and placed my order. This place has gone to **** over the last year or so! Customer service is absolutely horrible waited in the drive threw window for over 10 mins listening to the employees laughing and having a good old time I finally yelled excuses me! Then they tell me they don't have fries anymore today! Why didn't you say that when I called??? She then tried to charge me $7 and some change for just the sand which that's insane! Btw every time I go it's a different price it's like they just make it up as they go! I said forget it and left! You lost a regular customer I use to love this place NOT anymore.

This place is my second favourite pasta place in Los Angeles county, their chicken and seafood tequila pasta are to die for. I know the reviews don't look good but only because their old yelp account has been deleted because it's under new ownership or something but trust me they have a bomb pasta. The sitting area is not the best, but it's not bad, they have drive thru and they deliver for free The place is right next to work so we always order food from them and get it delivered for free
