Cold Stone Creamery - Glendale(patton)

I’ve been here 4x all in the afternoon. First time I got the wrong ice cream : Second time was perfect. Third time it was closed and there was a sign that they’d be back like 3 hours later. Fourth time it was closed again. Middle of the week, mid day. No sign :

I'm here at Cold Stone Creamery Wednesday March 6th 2024 at 1:40 p.m. in the afternoon and it's close why is that?!

My girl and I stopped into today and were greeted with a beautiful smile from the ice cream barista. My girl thought she was cute for flipping the ice cream and her smile and blonde hair. We will definitely be visiting again.

Don’t do a mobile order because apparently walk-ins take priority. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in my whole entire life. Not exaggerating. I can’t believed these people will get $20/hour come April. Ridiculous!

Can't rate five stars for a business that has a sign outside that reads me back in 25 minutes yet. 25 minutes later still no sign of anyone... Waited 40 watched a lot of lost opportunity.
