Saffron Indian Bistro - Glendale

Saffron is an absolute gem! not only the owners warm and welcoming, but the eating is authentic as the oma back there cook it yourself! the butter chicken is the best I ever had and the naan is exceptional! worth the running gear from anywhere in the phoenix area!

Very disappointed in the food. The kofta curry was tangy, saag paneer wasn’t even cooked completely, I could taste the rawness of the saag. The gobi in the gobi machurian was literally raw, white from the inside! It was like fried salad. The pakoras had too much salt in them. Absolutely not worth the price.

The food and the service was great! Really enjoyed the food. However, I'm not sure if it's the owner or a partner, a person was sitting outside in the dining area and speaking on the phone which was really annoying. It was definitely a vibe killer.Apart from that the place is nice. Our server Jackson was very pleasant, polite and friendly.

My wife and I used to eat at many other Indian restaurants in the Phoenix area until one day we stopped into Saffron and ate. After that we could no longer eat at other Indian restaurants. There food is far superior from any other..

This place was amazing. We went in hungry and ordered too much food. Glad we did as it will make a excellent lunch tomorrow back in Flagstaff. We will definitely be back!!!
