Long John Silver's - Glendale

Had to wait 10 minutes for my drive thru order. When I got home, the order was wrong and not even freshly made.

Whenever I visit it's always quiet and the service is quick. The fountain sodas always seem to be out of the flavors I want!

Wanted the grilled shrimp that has been advertised but they don't have that here.

Great service, clean, fast and friendly. Got a two fish tray. I love classic Long John Silver's. Hush puppies mmmmmm.

Worst place to order Long John's, nobody speaks good English, constantly messing up your order. They never repeat what you order or show your order on the screen. Also makes you wait longer than 20mins for a wrong order. Than hang up on you when you correct your order(Anna), have to ask for to speak to the manager or supervisor. Don't waste your time or money here. Spent $71 for chicken. BS service and poor communication
