Terrible customer service. It was my first time at this location and the worker named Kevin made my experience the worst customer service experience I have ever had. He was attacking me verbally and causing a scene when I asked him about the different flavors and size options. I felt violated and I will never be returning.

Wow! The ice cream is delicious and I I love the waffle fish!!!!

SomiSomi is the perfect way to end your day. I usually go for their custard filling and ube soft serve and it's heavenly. I do wish it had a more strong ube flavor though but it's not too bad! I would recommend the upside down ahboong better. I found it stressful to eat since the ice cream was melting all over and I had to constantly get napkins. I like how they've incorporated a self-order system but the only downside is that people take their sweet time ordering, thus a longer line and wait time.

We got two of the waffle fish, one with taro and one with red bean filling. They were warm and delicious! We were also told the fillings are vegan.We had a little difficulty finding the storefront it’s not in the food court, but it’s relatively closeby, roughly across from The Gap inside the mall.

Always love coming to this place. I love their taiyakis. The flavors are delicious and every time I come there employees are warm and welcome. I even observed how the taiyakis were made today and it was just pure joy.
