Bidra med feedbackThe restaurant is always bustling and the prices can be on the higher side. However, they offer a great variety of bagel-themed dishes and coffee. Unfortunately, they don't have a good selection of teas. The ordering process involves waiting in line three times - to place your order, pay for it, and pick it up. Regardless of which coffee I choose, it often tastes burnt. They also don't have regular coffee available frequently. Overall, the experience is frustrating but the food options are enjoyable.
Although I'm not a huge fan of bagels, I do appreciate freshly baked items. The Tasty Turkey sandwich I tried was delicious, but unfortunately, the Bagelrito I ordered tasted like a soggy sock with cheese and gray sausage. I wasn't a fan of that particular sandwich, but I'm sure this is a go-to spot for bagel lovers in the valley.
We arrived at the restaurant just before 9am and noticed several employees behind the counter. Despite making eye contact with some of them, none of them acknowledged us or informed us that they would be with us shortly, which is basic customer service etiquette. After trying multiple times to get their attention and being ignored, we decided to leave. We would rather take our business elsewhere where we are valued as customers.
The food is always good. It would be great if the staff moved with a sense of urgency. They are SO slow, even when there are lots of people waiting for their food. The biggest room for improvement would be the cleanliness (or lack of) of the restaurant. Behind the counter where the food is being prepped really needs a DEEP clean from the ceiling, down. There is stuff hanging from the ceiling. It is super gross.
No more tuna, at my location, anyway. I hot my second favorite, turkey on an Asiago bagel, and it was delicious!
