Casa Layla Mexican - Glendale

I found this place through Local Flavor. The service was great and the food was great. I usually don't order rice and beans, but I saw them in some pictures and had to try them. Very good. The rice is moist and the beans have a great taste and texture. Also I could see from my seat in the kitchen and saw them chopping paprika, tomatoes and corn from the bay for every order. This food is good and fresh.

This little restaurant is the best! Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Chips and salsa are made fresh for every table and are delicious! The food is really good and they also have fresh flavored water. We just found our new place for Mexican food. And prices are inexpensive

Really delicious food at a No-Frills family house! Salsa was one of the best I had in a Mexican restaurant. Good vegetarian options. The hostess Kellnerin assured that she did not use a lard to roast. Very recommended.

The service was excellent and the shredded beef enchilada was amazing. The sauce had a smokey chipotle flavor that was out of the charts. That's a good Mexican family. Nothing special to see, but comfortable, colorful and clean. I'm back.

I just had the most amazing Mexican food since I visited Mexico. It was great to have a true taste of authentic Mexican dish, so close to home. This place out does any competition. They have quality and humble customer service, that any restaurant wishes to have. My faith is good restaurants is now restored. Thanks Casa Layla
