Texas Roadhouse - GLEN MILLS

This was my first time at a Texas Roadhouse and it did not disappoint. I really enjoyed the food the rolls, snakebites and a perfectly cooked ribeye. It was a better steak than I have ever received at Firebirds. The service was attentive as well. I was finishing a coke and another one arrived without asking. Two different people came by to ask how everything was. I will definitely go back.

Ordered takeout 2 critter salads both had very little chicken on them. Also no bacon bits on them as stated on website menu there would be. Went to a Texas roadhouse in Jersey Friday for the same take out and got an abundance of and bacon bits with both salads. I'll never get takeout from Concordville location again. Very disappointing.

If it was possible to make a negative review I would. One star is still giving this place more credit then it deserves. Called HOURS ahead and scheduled for a party of twelve. They said it would be ready and when the time came not only were they not ready they tried to split my family of twelve into two separate tables that weren't next to each other but across the isles. When spoke to the manager Ron and said that it wouldn't do we would go else where he made a comment behind our backs saying it's only a foot apart. Like ? No. We called hours ahead and schedule this you gave us the go ahead and then give us attitude when we want to take our business else where. Negative five. All day.

Great atmosphere service and food. I sat at the bar because the place was packed. Servers we polite and didn't rush us. Food was cooked perfectly and exactly as I ordered.

Excellent food, and very good service...the food is enjoyed...
