Outback Steakhouse - GLEN MILLS

The service was terrible, and no one at Outback was really interested. We sat almost immediately and our drinks orders were taken over. When the drinks were delivered, our food order was taken. It was almost an hour before our meal. Most orders were correct except my daughter. You finally made it. Another thought of the food, it was very salty over seasoned. Just not what we expected from the outback.

First visit since pandemic. Very disappointing experience. Our waitress was very experienced and competent, but the hostess and the bartender were not ready for the best time. Her spicy Rita margaritas had a strange taste. My Sirloin with 5 Nashville hot wings was not cooked to order. The hot wings were microscopic and had no traditional red sauce. To round it off, both ducks arrived as if they had been under a heat lamp for some time. Very forgotten experience.

Came after a long day. Ordered the large bowl of Cobb salad with grilled chicken. The bowl was small; the salad was WHITE Iceberg; the bacon bits were imitation; and the grilled chicken was about 4 ounces without taste! For $16 I should hone to Barnabys and had a very great delicious salad that is with green salad!

I had dinner with an employee after a long day at our work that recently got on fire. We were exhausted after we cleaned up all day. Christina was our server and Alyssa was our bartender. Both did so much to make our day better without knowing that we needed a pick-me-up. Alyssa made wonderful cocktails and Christina took care of our needs. Tom, the owner stopped at our table to chat. We let us feel relaxed and had a great night here!

Nothing but the side salad was correct. My girlfriend order her steak medium and it came out extra well. Order my cheeseburger medium and it came out well done. Ordered a cheeseburger to go medium, came out well done with no cheese and no fries. We literally sat there for 30 minutes not eating before we got check. It was 5 pm and not busy as all so don't know what the problem was, but definitely could use some more training. We stayed at the hotel right next door and figured we come give y'all a try, not again. Most importantly,there was no sweet tea at all to offer.
