McDonald's - GLEN INNES

I went to this restaurant two days in a row to get a double quarter pounder after work. Both times, I received a regular quarter pounder instead of the double I paid for. The first burger was missing pickles and sauce, while the second had cold meat and very little sauce. However, the staff were friendly and there was not much of a wait.

Currently, the dine-in area is closed at the moment and customers are being directed to use the drive-through. Unfortunately, the low clearance at the drive-through has caused damage to the front of my new car on two occasions. I had initially used the drive-through a month ago when I first purchased my car and now, due to the closure of the dine-in section, I was forced to use it again resulting in further damage. I am considering sending the bill for repairs to McDonald's and have decided not to return to the restaurant.

Damaged waiting minutes for small frits and speck and eiermuffins. I would advise their employees, at least let the customers know that there is a minute waiting for eating kfc here come cheers

I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant. It used to have fast, delicious food and good service. Did the management change? Now it's incredibly slow - I waited half an hour for food that wasn't even prepared correctly. Nobody wants to waste half an hour of their time on a subpar dining experience. The staff seemed angry. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.

We called in a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant wasn't overly clean. We felt bad for interrupting the staff who standing around talking (we were a group of It seemed to a great inconvenience for them to serve us. The food was very slow to...be cooked (there were only two other people in the store) The food wasn't worth the wait. It was thrown together like a lot of rubbish.. I am and have going to McDonalds in Australia since they first opened here. This was the untidiest, most unfriendly, worst staffed, and worst food I have ever had at a McDanalds.
