So this situation is the closest home and will continue to use it. Customer service here is very good. I really don't like Mayonnaise and I'm very clear if I don't order Mayo. By driving through them missed this part of the order. I didn't find it until I ate my sandwich. So I called and without hesitation, she recited the situation and I was shocked how fast they jumped through Hoops over a sandwich. Very impressed, won me as a customer.

2/29/2021 Update I originally gave this JJ 's 2 stars when I originally checked it. My family waited a few weeks and decided to try again. Lucky to say they're crazy again. And her French bread was as good as it should be when I wanted to order sandwiches in June. That's good. But I wonder what about company JJs is that thin chips are temporarily out of the menu. And I will be resigned to no longer ask if I can have sprouts (sigh). But none of these problems is the fault of this franchise. I would recommend this JJ to a friend now. 6/5/2021 Original review The last few times here, the drive-up service was very slow. We made jokes that this JJ's Freaky is SLOV. But last Saturday the experience was hard to believe. We waited on Saturday at 1:30 a.m. in line-up and on reaching the order box we were told that they don't have French bread! Instead, we could order a gum or choose wheat. No, thanks. Management could have estimated how much bread is needed the next day. Very disappointing. We visited this place every 2-3 weeks, but I doubt if that goes on. Two stars for the quality of the sandwiches if/if they can deliver them.
